Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an organised and proactive team player to keep our busy service workshop running smoothly. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless job flow through the Service Department, supporting exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate and delegate all service jobs within the workshop
- Assign and dispatch repair orders to Technicians based on skillset, priority, and deadlines
- Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to ensure on-time completion
- Maintain a productive and efficient workshop environment
- Confirm availability and accuracy of special-order parts for scheduled jobs
- Track and report repeat repair causes to the Service Manager
- Conduct quality control inspections to uphold service standards
- Schedule backup jobs to maximise workshop utilisation during quieter periods
- Plan staffing levels to meet overtime and workload demands
- Assist with vehicle inspections and road tests alongside customers when required
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Drive a strong safety culture in the Workshop
