Urban Rest is a fast-growing challenger in the serviced apartment and corporate housing space with properties across Australia in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra. **About the Role**

The Guest Experience Consultant will represent us to our clients by communicating with guests through all stages of the travel process, either via message or on the phone. As the first point of contact for our guests, your strong communication skills will shine through in this role by delivering first class service from enquiry to check out.

**Responsibilities**
- Responding to booking requests over our platform
- Being a point of contact for guests during check in and throughout their stay if required
- Liaising with the operations team on any in-house issues or requests; keeping the customer informed to ensure high levels of communication
- Other areas of guest services as required

**What We Look For**
- Proven working experience in a customer facing role
- Being organised and staying on top of multiple ongoing projects
- Motivated to adopt new and emerging technologies
- Knowledgeable with Google Suite is advantageous
- Must have a flexible schedule and open to working a rotating roster as business requires
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with mínimal guidance
- Must be fluent in English
