**About the Role**

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Melbourne Dental School’s teaching team as a Clinical Tutor or Clinical Lecturer. Here you get to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of oral health and dental professionals success. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will actively contribute to clinical learning and teaching activities, fostering the development of person-centred evidence-based dentistry skills. You'll have the chance to engage with a diverse range of students in the various degree programs, including Bachelor of Oral Health and Doctor of Dental Surgery, while also participating in a dynamic environment that encourages continuous professional development and innovation in dental education.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to the development of digital assets for learning and teaching.
- Prepare and mark assessments and consult with students as required.

**Who We Are Looking For**

You have exceptional communication skills, can connect with diverse students and patients. You excel both independently and as a team player in a coordinated teaching setting.

You will also have:

- A primary dental qualification registrable with the Dental Board of Australia and current AHPRA registration (No previous or current AHPRA conditions).
- Demonstrated clinical experience and clinical practice skills supported by contemporary evidence-based dental practice.
- A proven record of success in ongoing extra-mural clinical practice and continuing professional development.
- Highly motivated to develop skills consistent with teaching excellence or demonstrated clinical teaching experience specifically with students undertaking tertiary dental education.
