Portfolio of mainly residential properties & some commerical properties - A rare opportunity to gain Commerical experience opening pathways for the future We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our clients dynamic Property Management team. In this role, you will take charge of an established and well-maintained portfolio of 150 properties which consists of mainly residential properties but also some commercial, giving you a unique opportunity to gain some experience in the Commercial side of things (commercial training will be provided) Enjoy the autonomy to handle senior-level responsibilities, maintain landlord relationships, and effectively manage the portfolio without micromanagement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Liaising with Landlords: You will be the main point of contact for landlords, ensuring effective communication, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing regular updates on property performance. - Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring that issues are promptly resolved to maintain the value and condition of the properties. - Arrears Management: Implement strategies to minimize rental arrears, monitor rent payments, and take appropriate actions to resolve any outstanding issues. - Attending and preparing for VCAT proceedings, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2+ years of Property Management experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage your own portfolio. - Possession of a valid Australian Driver's License & Agents Representative - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. - Neat and tidy personal presentation, reflecting professionalism and attention to detail. **Key Benefits**: - Competitive salary - Potential for job promotions and career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. - Enjoy your weekends as there are no weekend work requirements. - Achieve a healthy work-life balance by working for a family-oriented principal who values your well-being.
