As a Site Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the construction of our concrete pools. You will be involved in various aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction and looking to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with the preparation and construction of concrete pools, including excavation, formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pouring, plumbing, finishing work & filtration connection and setup.

Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.

Follow project plans and instructions from the Site Supervisor.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Perform other general construction duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in construction, preferably in concrete or pool construction, is desirable but not essential.

Ability to operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Good physical condition, with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Construction site: 2 years (preferred)
- Pool Building: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
