**The Opportunity**:
Naked Foods is looking for a casual Store Team Member at our Warringah Westfield store who is keen to immerse themselves into our world of health food and go above-and-beyond to deliver excellent customer service.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and serving customers in a professional manner and answering the phones
- Operating tills, processing payments and transactions using our POS system
- Replenishing and maintaining stock storewide
- Visual merchandising displays storewide
- Organising and packing Click & Collect orders
- Be a Naked Foods ambassador, advocating for our products and our brand to customers by offering food samples and sharing health knowledge

**About You**:

- You live and breathe retail and have 1-2 years of experience
- You LOVE people and have exceptional customer service skills and can speak to our Naked foodies with enthusiasm and confidence
- You have a friendly and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude
- Must be flexible to both weekdays and weekends
- Great time management & organisational skills
- Bonus: you’re an outgoing foodie with a passion for health foods or sustainability

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

- Brookvale NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
