**Thrive360 Care Therapeutic Youth Worker**

Join our team at Thrive360 Care and help shape the future of our next generation. We're seeking energetic and motivated youth workers to provide essential support and guidance to children and young people in our care.

This is a targeted recruitment specifically looking for someone who has a passion for working with children under the age of 12, and supporting families. Your availability is **Monday, Tuesday, and Friday for 3 hours per shift commencing from 4:00PM (Liverpool, NSW).**

**What you'll do**:

- **Mentor and Support**: Work closely with the child and family, building positive relationships and fostering their growth.
- **Create a Safe Space**: Provide a nurturing environment where the child can feel safe, understood, and empowered.
- **Develop Social Skills**: Promote positive social interactions, and enable engagement with activities that are developmentally and emotionally supportive to the child's individual needs.
- **Collaborate with a Team**: Work alongside the wider Thrive360 Care team to create comprehensive care plans and ensure the best outcomes.

**What we're looking for**:

- **Youth Work Qualifications**: A Diploma of Community Services / Certificate IV or equivalent.
- **A Passion for Young People**: A genuine interest in working with children and young people, especially those facing challenges.
- **Energy and Enthusiasm**: A positive and energetic approach to work.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with young people, families, and colleagues.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience working with children and young people with Autism is desirable.

Pay: $43.08 per hour
