**About the role

Provide the Director, General Practice Oral Health Services (GPOHS) with a high level of confidential secretarial and administrative support, including the organisation and management of matters referred to the Director.
Coordinate the rostering of AO3 Administration Officers in the GPOHS Clinics in consultation with the Principal Dentists and Senior Dentist Managers in the GPOHS
Liaise with a range of Departmental, Health Service, Community and Hospital personnel and clients on behalf of the Director, GPOHS.

About you

Manage and organise all aspects of the office of the Director, GPOHS, including administrative and communication systems, and arrange appointments.
Perform confidential secretarial and other administrative duties as required by the Director, GPOHS and operate with a high level of independence.
Ensure the efficient running of the GPOHS office in the absence of the Director, setting realistic work goals and objectives, and effectively prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion and the meeting of deadlines.
Coordinate the organisation and collation of agendas, co-ordination of meetings, and perform confidential and accurate minute recording of Management Committees and other meetings and distribution as required.
Act as intermediary between the Director, GPOHS and others, dealing with inquiries on a wide range of topics.
