Together let's redefine retirement living for senior Australians. **The Opportunity** As a passionate people person, you'll be the "First Point of Contact" for the residents, their family members, guests of the village and potential resident buyers to help ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks within the community. You'll provide administrative and reception support and have a customer-centred approach to your work. If you are an Administration Assistant that is adaptable, friendly and loves being highly customer-facing, you'll enjoy this new opportunity at Forest Grove Located in Durack, you will be working in a large retirement living community - This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday 8-4pm_ **You will** - Providing a wide range of administrative support including reception duties, greeting residents, family members and prospective residents - Taking ownership of the 'short-stay' and 'village-inn' bookings for guests of the Forest Grove community - Providing leave coverage and assistance to the three different reception areas within the community - Provide a caring, safe and inspiring environment that supports our residents in living their lives to the fullest through the latter stage of their ageing journey - Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence - Have a passion for building on resident satisfaction and engaging with multiple stakeholders at once **What you will bring** - A warm, friendly and flexible person ready to adapt to the differing reception areas of our village - Experience in a customer-facing Reception environment (such as Retirement Villages, Hotels/Tourism, or Hospitality) - Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs (essential) - Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you) - Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required) **What we offer** - Permanent full-time role with a set roster and zero weekend work - Potential to earn up to 8 weeks Parental Leave - Ability to purchase additional Annual Leave - **Employee Referral Program, earning you up to $1000**: - Be part of a friendly and supportive team in a wonderful community - Further career opportunities and development - Be part of an organisation focused on innovation and support - Free Employee Assistance Program **Who we are** As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
