Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for connecting people to purpose? Goodstart is looking for a Communication & Campaign Specialist to help shape and share the Goodstart story across our national network.
Reporting to the Lead - Communications, you’ll play a key role in delivering a superior Goodstarter experience by crafting engaging content, campaigns, and communication strategies that inspire and inform.

**Your Impact**:
**In this role, you will**:
Provide strategic communications advice and create tools that inform, engage, and inspire Goodstarters across the organisations
Develop and deliver creative content, campaigns, and resources that amplify the stories of our people and highlight key organisational initiatives
Contribute to improving Goodstart’s communications framework and engagement tools to ensure messages are localised and impactful
Collaborate with teams across Goodstart to co-design and deliver clear, compelling, and consistent communications
Use a centre-led approach to ensure all communication materials resonate with our network of Centre Leaders and support our mission
Partner with other teams to evolve our communication approach to meet the changing needs of our people

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Tertiary qualification in communications and experience in a communications or similar role
A passion for storytelling and content creation that drives engagement and delivers impact
Creative thinking and the ability to develop campaigns that “land” well across diverse audiences
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to broker outcomes and rally support across teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Collaborative mindset and confidence to work independently while engaging stakeholders at all levels
Current QLD Blue Card
**Desirable**:
Experience in change communications or internal communications across a distributed network
Understanding of the early learning or education sector
