**The Role**:

- Our client is a leading global bank / custodian, on the lookout for a permanent Data Analyst to sit in their Data Governance Team and do the analysis on their Projects/Programs.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Engage stakeholders to establish a common understanding of the business and data needs
- Identify and correctly translate business needs into business requirements and data solution requirements
- Ensure data requirements are consistent with the business requirements. Where possible relate deliverables and their acceptance criteria to the requirements
- Gain a firm understanding of the impacts of the solution on People, Process and Technology.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of (and commitment to) all aspects of the project including objectives, scope, risks, benefits and any element they may be providing
- Using the analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops mentioned above, create Alteryx workflows or Power BI Dashboards that align with the correct business outcomes and optimise business process and introduce operational efficiencies
- Ensure that developed workflows meet the standards of Data Governance and Analytics teams and can be scaled to run on the Alteryx Gallery

**About You**:

- 3+ years analysis experience
- Experience in an Information Technology & Change capacity in the Financial Services Industry
- 1+ years of Alteryx Designer/Gallery or Power BI experience is essential
- Experience in custody or back-office administration for the funds management industry
- Familiarity with analytical capabilities such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
