The role will involve support with community access, and in home supports. A valid driver’s licence and fully insured vehicle is required for this position.

We are looking for a female Disability Support Workers who have availability for shifts during the day on **Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday and if you have flexibility to cover other shifts at short notice then this would be amazing**

**We also have another Client close by and if we think you’re the right fit then there’s a good chance you’ll get to meet this Client too (if you’re interested that is).**

**Our weekday daytime rate for this position is $33.21 per hour. Please note pay rates are set and non-negotiable.**

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities**:_
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be successful you must**:_
- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.99 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
