**Full time Opportunity**

**About the role**:
To support the effective delivery of Physiotherapy services.

To be able to provide professional leadership, mentor, support and specialist advice on clinical matters to staff, and other health care professionals, and to provide a high level of clinical treatment to patients is essential to this role.

You will be reporting to the Director of clinical Services and Rehabilitation Services Manager

- Take responsibility for guiding the strategies, policies and processes implemented in the department, and assume accountability for the results achieved.

As a Physiotherapy Manager, you will be an outstanding leader with well - rounded Physiotherapy competencies, who thrives in managing and leading their staff by example to be the best that they can be.

You will meet the essential requirements

Essential:

- Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent together with AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Physiotherapy practice
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge in Physiotherapy practice.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of hospital-based assessment, therapy interventions and coordination of discharge planning.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically develop and coordinate services, with proven organisational skills and analytical ability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPI’s, budgets, cost accounting and meet contractual requirements

Desirables:

- Previous experience in a management position
- Holds or working towards a tertiary management qualification
- Sound computer skills in MS Office programs
