**What’s the Opportunity?**
The core purpose of the Sales Consultant role is to **maximize revenue** by promptly responding to leads, following up on opportunities, and proactively engaging with clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**What Will You Do?**

Manage the sales pipeline to ensure monthly targets are met.

Maintain awareness of the ICT sector and stay updated on industry trends both locally and internationally.

Attend industry functions, conferences, and events, providing feedback on market and creative trends.

Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy.

Accurately enter and manage data within the company’s CRM and other sales management systems.

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are achieved.

Drive revenue from existing accounts and re-engage dormant accounts.

Identify and reach out to new prospects not currently in the pipeline or CRM database.

Make proactive outbound sales efforts, including tender management and responding to RFQs.

Work with the scheduling team to identify opportunities and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support team members and provide coverage as needed to ensure business continuity.

Experience in sales, preferably within the ICT sector.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
