The Role

The Market Research Administrator role is for someone who has relevant previous experience, enjoys supporting and working with others and looking for a 3-days part-time administration role in a flexible environment.

Working in a supportive environment with high autonomy, you will work on

Calling potential research participants to organise interviews and maintaining schedules and recordings

Placing relevant files and reporting to the online filing system

Processing online gift card incentives distribution as well as making requests for funds transfers by getting appropriate approvals

Helping with simple data cleaning for research projects

Conducting a thorough review of project documentation and organising folders to maintain compliance with established protocols

Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head of Research Consulting, including scheduling appointments, managing marketing initiatives, and performing other related tasks

Organising events for the team

Secondary support for administrative duties in the office setting

Close attention to detail

A friendly, professional manner

Good verbal and written communication

Fine computer skills, including MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Teams, and demonstrated ability to learn, implement and promote new systems

An equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience, ideally in a similar administrative position in a faced-paced environment
