Looking for a job with flexible hours? Wanting to gain experience in the health sector? Colegio de Bachilleres is a disability support service who is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate applicants. Our participants range from low-intensity social support to high-intensity consistent care.

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to work with a participant in Sydney's Ryde. Applicants **MUST have an NSW Driver's License.**

Colegio de Bachilleres is a registered NDIS Service Provider in the Greater Sydney area. We are a young vibrant company that is rapidly expanding and looking for support workers to join us on that journey.

We are able to offer consistent shifts with this participant, offering stability within your work life. We are able to offer **flexible hours **for this role, fitting whatever schedule you are needing.

The support varies from community participation to complex care needs and everything in between. Employees don't necessarily need to be qualified although that is advantageous, we are mainly looking for enthusiastic reliable employees who care about others.

Working in disability support is a great opportunity for students as it has flexible working hours and gives students studying in the health field to gain real-life support experience. Our services range from low-intensity social support to high-intensity consistent care. Many of our participants attend regular physiotherapy, speech pathology, occupational therapy and more allowing students a more first-hand experience whilst supporting their participant.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term, Casual

**Salary**: $33.88 - $44.20 per hour
