We are a small but mighty bakery in Woolloomooloo.

We are currently looking for someone for our office. You need to be able to hustle and also create flow in your work space with attention to detail.

We can teach you if you are willing to learn and aren’t afraid to ask questions in the pursuit of baking.

Must be available to work Saturdays - we are closed every Sunday.

**MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaising with kitchen regarding cake numbers required for orders, market and shop.
- Maintaining website
- functionality, design, products, orders.
- Managing inventory on website.
- General IT.
- Sending out newsletters and updating Instagram.
- Monitor courier pick ups for the day’s orders.
- Book couriers for following days orders.
- Event planning.
- Support dispatch, kitchen and FOH.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Ability to work quickly and confidently, in a timely and consistent manner.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage daily tasks and work flow for efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, with the capability to communicate well with all members of the team.
- Ability to make decisions with confidence.
- Capability to stay calm when issues arise and problem solve efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Passion for the job and providing customers with high quality service and products.
- Being a team player, having a duty of care to your colleagues. Being mindful of the team in going about your daily tasks.
- Consider decisions that impact production and daily kitchen flow with confidence.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Wordpress and GoogleDocs essential. Experience with Mailchimp and Instagram desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45,133.75 - $71,888.40 per year
