Distribution Analyst

Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs drives our continuously growing business and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Analyst at our Canning Vale site.

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this a National full-time position has the primary responsibility to optimise all of our customer deliveries across Australia. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet controller position ready to take the next step in their career.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
**Run analyst**:

- Driver runs optimised to meet company guidelines
- Modifications to runs as required to accommodate all contingencies
- Re-alignment and assignment of all drivers runs
- Ensure operations receive correct labels and electronic orders for fulfilment of orders in full and on time
- Project development around deliveries
- Assist on a national level where required

**Relationship Management**:

- Liaise with Contact Centre, Production and other relevant departments regarding delivery queries, intraday deadlines and critical information
- Liaise with customer payments and admin regarding run changes
- Communication across entire Distribution team

**Reports**:

- Prepare relevant daily, weekly and monthly department reports
- Site generation at 9 am
- Driver capacity utilised at 85%
- Quality of deliveries to be less than 1.7 complaints per 1,000
- Day to Day load balancing require less than 1% movement
- Production Capacity balanced evenly across production days
- Additional duties performed in timely manner to high standard of quality

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Prefer tertiary qualification in relevant degree with demonstrated critical thinking
- 2-3 years’ Experience in a Customer Service oriented role
- Logistics experience would be highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage priorities, work autonomously to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work with all levels of the business
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7.00am and 6.00pm, work Public Holidays and be on call if required
