This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build a strong relationship with all delivery partners. This is a full-time 12-month maternity leave role based at our office in Canning Vale, Perth. **Key Responsibilities**: Analyse driver runs to meet company guidelines Modifying, re-align and assign drivers runs as required to accommodate all contingencies Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency around deliveries Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve process - Prepare relevant daily, weekly and monthly department reports **About You**: Prefer tertiary qualification in relevant degree with demonstrated critical thinking 2-3 years’ Experience in a Customer Service oriented role Experience in logistics, supply chain or production would be highly desirable but not essential Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools and techniques Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills and eye for detail Able to work flexible hours between 6.30am and 5.30pm and work Public Holidays If this role sounds like you, please click on the "apply" button and follow the prompts.
