As a Dental Receptionist Staff member, You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering the phone calls and booking appointments for patients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greeting and checking-out patients, processing Payments and managing accounts accurately.
- Effectively managing stock inventory, monitoring supplies and processing orders as needed to ensure the availability of essential dental materials and equipment.
- Providing support to our dental team by assisting as a dental assistant when required, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven office experience in a professional environment
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and patient management systems
- Proficient in scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.21 - $35.78 per hour
