We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental practice.
- The position is fulltime, and includes Saturday morning.
- To join our dental team you need to be competent, show initiative, be a quick learner and able to coordinate all aspects of front desk duties well, for several practitioners.
- You must be fluent in English, a good communicator with excellent telephone manner. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our dental office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering the telephone, collecting patient payments, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organised, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.
- All businesses are run differently, we understand this. Training of our practice protocols will be provided for the new receptionist, and need to be followed.
- Our spacious modern premises have onsite car parking for staff and patients.
- Our position is for a committed receptionist, no student applicants.

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
