Our Arranger Conductors are responsible for working with families to arrange all aspects of a funeral service from preparation and direction to directing, coordinating and monitoring all aspect of the funeral aligned to the funeral plan.

We are looking for people who have a strong customer service ethos and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased. You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills and patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
