As an assistant educator, you will work in collaboration with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for all children in our care with a strong focus on child safety and wellbeing;
- Inspiring children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Supporting daily routines in line with the Oac Grow Curriculum
- Maintaining records of the children's development through observations
- Form meaningful partnerships with children and their families

We are looking to welcome qualified educators who hold either a certificate III or diploma qualification along with a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, and First Aid training. You will value child safety, team work, and integrity and bring a positive approach to your role.
