Our client on Tulip St in Cheltenham is currently searching for an experienced and passionate diploma qualified Educator to support the 2-3-year-old group.

There are so many benefits to this role that this advert will not be able to do it justice - you need to experience it for yourself to truly appreciate it Boasting tranquil indoor learning environments and large natural outdoor spaces, complete with tanbark and sand

You can also help yourself to the well-equipped separate building being used as a staff retreat. The retreat has a library, lounge area, gym (inc access to a PT) and an entire level of learning resources you can help yourself to There are also separate rooms for planning - a world away from the children.

The service has exceeded 7 out of 7 for multiple Assessments and Ratings and you will quickly see why

What we are looking for:

- A warm and welcoming disposition with a deeply rooted passion for delivering excellence in quality early childhood education and care
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or above)
- Sound knowledge of the NQF including the VEYLDF, EYLF and NQS.
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Salary**: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
