We’re keen to strengthen the team with those interested in joining us for the next stage of the journey. We are looking for a Rail Supervisor to join the team on a 2:1 Roster. This is a key role to our success, providing quality leadership and and liaising with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing sound leadership to our rail team of 6-25 people
- Liaising with our clients, upholding professional relationships and delivering quality work
- Implementing maintenance schedules, resourcing and inspections
- Endorsing our core value of 'The Safe Way is the Only Way'

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for supportive and safe leadership
- Knowledge of mining procedures and processes
