As our **Optical Customer Service Team Leader** in our **Windsor**location you will lead our local Customer Service team to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our customers around Queensland.

You will be trained to become a key point of contact in the business for our customers and our internal team (Account Managers, Production and Logistics team), ensuring our standards of Customer Service continue to improve and support our growth efforts. You'll be focused on supporting your team of 4 to go above and beyond the expectations of the customer and be relied on for tehcnical and trouble shooting advice.- Optical Knowledge- Leadership experience- Innovative thinker- 2 or more years’ experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills- Great business acumen- Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems and tools- High attention to detail
