**About the role**

This is a great opportunity for a multi-faceted administrator who enjoys working in a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be a hardworking and motivated administrator and possess strong time management and customer service skills.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working closely with the General Manager
- Reception duties, scheduling trades, processing invoices and preparing contracts
- Providing progress updates to clients on a regular basis
- Identifying process improvement initiatives
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain close-knit team culture

**Skills and qualifications**
- _Experience working within the construction industry is highly advantageous_
- High level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills
- Genuine interest in the construction industry
- Intermediate - advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to juggle a high volume of work
- Self-motivated, driven and ambitious
