**The Role**

**HRS** are partnering with **Bennett Constructions** to secure a couple of experienced **Contracts Administrators** to join the team. Bennett Constructions is a highly regarded 84-year-old multi-award-winning commercial construction company based in the Northern Rivers NSW region. Proudly part of the Lipman Group, a family-owned NSW based Tier 2 contractor with offices throughout metropolitan and regional NSW. This provides Bennett Constructions, and their people access to structured training programs and the best minds in construction excellence and design.

You will be supporting the PM and Site Manager across a variety of duties including:

- General construction coordination
- Supporting the management of budgets, quality and safety standards
- Subcontractor liaison
- Planning & coordination with Site Manager
- Reviewing & Coordinating design and engineering documentation
- Leasing with clients, sub-contractors, architects, and engineers

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Various backgrounds will be considered for this opportunity.
- Passionate about the construction industry.
- Ability (or willingness to learn) to communicate within construction team, to subbies and clients alike.
