Bar & Beverage Attendant

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini - showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.

The Bar & Beverage Attendants will work across the barista and bar areas of the restaurant (Thyme), which also include servicing the outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by:

- Preparing beverages as per order (wine, cocktails, coffee etc)
- Ensuring the bar and barista areas are clean and presentable

To service our guests to the highest standard, you may be required to work a flexible rotating roster throughout week, weekends, and public holidays.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability for shifts on Friday to Monday (including at least one weekend day) and nights is a must.

We offer a competitive salary/hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

**About You**
- You have an RSA certificate
- You have experience in a similar role and a passion for drinks
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
