We have an open position for a Supply Chain Assistant. This position is an important part of our growing enterprise and will perform supply chain functions including order processing, purchasing, inventory management, invoicing and logistics planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs order processing activities in company

Reviews and compares customer requirements in relation to organizational capabilities and identifies and resolves discrepancies, as needed.

Places manufacturing purchase orders needed for fulfillment and customer purchase orders. This includes identifying needs, ordering sufficient quantities and reviewing manufacturing order documentation for accuracy.

Plans the fulfillment and delivery logistics of products for customer purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Monitors new or changing developments throughout the supply chain cycle and responds to changes accordingly.

Interfaces with clients on all aspects of a purchase or demo order to avoid unforeseen changes in orders.

Purchases products for inventory and purchases office supplies, as needed.

Other duties as assigned by management.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
