Additional Information: - These roles are Permanent Part-time, 30-40hrs/fortnight.
- Applications close on Tuesday 2 October 2025.
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday daytime and evening shift availability is required for this role. You will also need the availability to work a rotating roster across the week, and three out of four weekends (both Saturday & Sunday)

**About this work area**As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range; and actively learning about their features and benefits.
- Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced.
- Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

As Sales Co-worker you have:

- A strong interest in home furnishing and life at home.
- Confident communication skills with experience working in retail, sales, hospitality, or another customer facing role.
- Driven to meet goals and able to prioritise & complete multiple tasks in a high-volume customer facing environment.
- Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range and services with customers.
- Comfortable with on-the-job physical activity and safe manual handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with your team as well as independently.
- An adaptable and flexible approach to change.
