The Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking a full time duty manager.

Located in the Parramatta CBD on vibrant Church Street, surrounded by restaurants and bars is looking for an individual with management experience and a bistro and food focus

You’ll work with an enthusiastic team along with the support of the hotel manager in a dynamic work place. This is a hands on role that requires someone that enjoys interacting with customers and has a high level of customer service offering diners a great experience.

**Position available for Duty Managers**:

- Full Time

**You should have**:

- Minimum 2 years as a Duty Manager in a pub environment with bistro & bar experience.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- A hands on approach to management with strong communication skills.
- Hard working with excellent customer service skills.
- Team player and able to communicate.
- Strong cash handling and back of house procedures.
- Current NSW RSA & RCG.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
