Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for residential and commercial construction projects using CAD software.

Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and regulations.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, CAD libraries specifications, and reports.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of drawings and documentation.

Interpret technical specifications, survey data, and engineering calculations to produce accurate designs.

Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

Ensure quality control by implementing and adhering to technical standards and guidelines.

Produces topographical and relief maps for sites planned for new civil development projects.

Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineers and stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to gather data and verify that designs comply with local regulations and site conditions.

Provide technical assistance and support during the construction phase of projects.

Conduct weekly and monthly site visits to monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to the administration.

Perform pre- and post-inspections of project sites and draft comprehensive scopes of work.

Review invoices to verify alignment with project progress and completed milestones.
