Tasks include:

- Preparing accounting and financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Certifying Accounts payable, payroll, daily bank reconciliation, ROOM MASTER & RMS reservations system, Guest Point channel manager system.
- Prepare and submit financial and other statutory returns including BAS, income tax, grant, and other returns are required to relevant statutory bodies.
- Completing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including liaising with CFO for timely cash flow forecasts.
- Conducting financial investigations, undertaking an audit.
- Maintaining and improving internal control systems by assessing control risks and ensuring
Statutory compliance.
- Budgeting, monitoring and analysing variances.
- Preparing monthly expense report.
- Investigating operating costs and implement various costing techniques for departments.
- Assessing the operating costs, income and expenditure and prepare reports accordingly.
- Implementing cost control program.
Skill level required:

- Minimum master?s degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years? experience as an accountant is mandatory.
- High attention to detail, Strong organisation, time management, leadership, and communication skills
- Able to perform under tight timeframes.
- Good team player
- Sound knowledge of the vendors and subcontractors.

**Responsibilities**:
