Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the **Logistics Lead** for our **NIKE **store in **Melbourne Central, VIC.**

**Retail Prodigy Group** holds the master retail franchise for Nike stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS. With a current portfolio of 46 Nike stores we are a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in retail.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the store in the back of house function, and work with the team to deliver the _ultimate customer experience_. You will be an integral part of the store’s success, as your main responsibility will be to ensure the floor is equipped with a full range of products available for our customers. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled delivering all logístical requirements including but not limited to; replenishment, product delivery, stock processes and inventory control. In addition to this, you will support our athletes on the shop floor when required.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar back of house logistics role
- Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- Experience in _Winning the Day_; through meeting and exceeding process related KPI goals
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to be able to handle a high volume of stock
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
