**About Us**:

- Settlement Services International (SSI) is a community-based organisation that provides dedicated services for diverse Australians. Supporting individuals, families, and children to achieve their potential in life.
- We are delivering the government-funded Home Care Workforce Support Program (HCWSP) in New South Wales (NSW) and the ACT to help Australia’s seniors enjoy a safe and independent life at home.
- Through this program, we aim to grow, upskill, train and support an aged care workforce that delivers safe, high-quality care that puts seniors first.

About the Program
Settlement Services International (SSI) is delivering the Home Care Workforce Support Program in NSW and ACT, fully funded by the Australian Government as part of their response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us in building capacity in communities and delivering support services to those who need it most.

**About the Role**:

- Become a Personal Care Worker and make a meaningful difference in your community.
- Duties can include assisting with personal care, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, transportation, monitoring health and wellbeing, emotional and social support household assistance and nurturing the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of our senior Australians.
- We currently have vacant roles across NSW and ACT
