**Job Description**:
As a result of company growth, we are seeking a Client Partnership Specialist to join our high-performing client/customer service team. We are looking for our next superstar to join a fun, engaging, and supportive team.

Reporting to the Client Partnership Manager, you will be trained from the ground up in all admin and customer service aspects of the role. As you grow in your position with guidance and support, the role will evolve to play a vital role in building and nurturing long-term client relationships - a highly valuable skillset to acquire

This incredibly varied and interesting position, where no two days are the same, will initially involve the following responsibilities:

- Actively engaging with clients and specialists.
- Providing high-quality customer service by identifying and assessing client needs, advising on services/information, and problem-solving as required.
- Providing advice and recommendations to clients on additional and beneficial services.
- Building and maintaining trusted and professional client relationships.
- Managing all aspects of client booking and appointment processes via the online system.
- Following up with external consultants for information and updating the online system as required.
- Attending weekly team meetings.
- Supporting company events, functions, seminars, and training days as required.
- Maintaining company standards across all areas of the business and representing the company professionally.

As a Client Partnership Specialist, you will go beyond traditional customer service roles by becoming a key point of contact for our clients. Your focus will be on developing strong and long-lasting partnerships, understanding their unique goals, challenges, and requirements. By tailoring our services to meet their specific needs, you will foster trust and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong client relationship and account management experience
- Previous client relationship/customer care experience required. Legal, insurance or medical industry experience - highly regarded but not essential
- High level of writt
