**The Position**:
As a Licensed **Customs Broker**, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the importation and exportation of goods, ensuring compliance with Australian customs law/regulations, DAFF requirements and providing expert advice to our customers, internal departments and/or other Business Units.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customs Declarations**: Prepare and lodge import and export declarations in compliance with the Customs Act 1901.
- ** Tariff Classification**:Accurately classify goods using the Australian Customs Tariff and determine applicable duties and taxes.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all shipments adhere to Australian Border Force (ABF), Biosecurity and other regulatory requirements.
- ** Customer Liaison**: Provide expert advice to clients on customs procedures, documentation, and compliance matters.
- ** Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and communications.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices

**Who We are Looking For**:

- Licensed Customs Broker
- 3+ years' experience in customs broking, with a strong understanding of import/export processes.
- Proficiency in customs declaration software (e.g., ICS, CargoWise) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customs issues.
