Coldbuster Floor Heating is the leading Australian brand in electric floor heating, located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication, friendliness and a family feel.

No previous floor heating experience is necessary but having had construction related experience would be beneficial. Either way, full training is provided. You would be based out of our Frenchs Forest office, with installations across greater Sydney metropolitan and occasionally beyond.

A typical day comprises of heading out to site, planning the floor heating layout, installing the floor heating, tidying up & then moving onto the next installation address etc. Then return to the office to pick up heaters for the following day.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Primary - all floor heating installation functions (non-electrical)
- Secondary (when there are days/times when installations are not required) - assist with:

- heat plans and quoting
- maintaining and continuously improving all systems
- specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
- relieving other staff positions when required
- any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type
- being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

**Requirements**:

- being practically minded with a good mathematics understanding is the main skill required
- good time management skills are also essential
- ability to consistently demonstrate good verbal & written communication skills, both internally with our team & externally with our clients
- desire to promote Coldbuster whenever/wherever reasonable
- positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedures
- strong work ethic and eye for detail
- excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others
- good organisational skills
- desire to follow tasks through to the end
- desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
- ability to work both as part of a team and on your own
- capability of carrying items up to 25kg
- reasonable Microsoft Office experience
- ability to pass drug and background screening
