Computershare is on the lookout for a talented IT compliance Analyst with the ability to identify and solve problems relating to security, risk and compliance issues. This is a chance to evolve within a global company who will support you in expanding your career and continuing to develop your skill set.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility for someone who is based in Melbourne. You will be required to attend training in our Abbotsford office and, once training has ended, attend the office several days a week on an ongoing basis. As this position sits within our global team flexibility is required for some out of hours meetings.

This excellent opportunity would suit a proactive and dynamic compliance administrator or project coordinator who is looking to enhance their IT compliance and project management skills.
**Responsibilties include**:
- Work collaboratively with information security, risk and internal audit teams in the analysis, remediation and documentation of information security vulnerabilities, risk and audit findings.
- Assist in the maintenance of documentation and participation in Annual Disaster Recovery exercise.
- Support the maintenance of documentation for Business Continuity Plans.
- Project coordination, facilitation and tasks as required
- Assist in communicating and reporting the status of compliance, audit and risk issues based on assessment results and information from various monitoring and control systems

We are looking for you to be a positive and self-motivated individual who likes to showcase their initiative, project management capabilities, interpersonal and communication skills that assists in building lasting relationships and is comfortable in adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
**Essential skills required**:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing and creates accurate and punctual reports
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong relationships and share information and ideas
- Attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence and looks for improvements continuously
- Ability to prioritise conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously
- Proven record of being self-motivated, flexible, and proactive
- Ability to deal with all levels of management
**Desired Skills**:
- A broad range of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices
- Exposure to project management.
