**About us and the role...**

Due to organic growth, we are seeking an experienced mortgage broker to join our team in our Bella Vista office. With a national client scope, we offer our clients a complete service and aftercare that sets us apart from other brokers. We are looking for someone who is motivated, excels in both sales and customer service and who is eager to continue to grow our business footprint.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships with clients, establishing trust and understanding their unique financial goals
- Analytically minded to assess clients' financial situations and provide expert advice on loan options
- Continually keeping up to date with latest research to identify the most suitable products for our clients
- Ensuring all deadlines are met plus data entry and record keeping are conducted with the highest integrity and accuracy
- Regularly contributing with key internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Experience working against KPIs to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction including turnaround times
- Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage broker dealing with a variety of lenders
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required with preference for a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- A strong drive to build and grow a successful base of clients
