Little Boomers Basketball are looking for MENTORS and COACHES (both male & female) who thrive on watching a child develop and flourish because of their efforts.

Basketball experience is helpful BUT is not a requirement.

Full coaching training provided. Level 1 accreditation online & on court training.

Hours:
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday or both

Weekday availability is advantageous for daycare & school programs

**Requirements**:
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid visa with permission to work.

Must have a driver's licence and be able to drive

North Brisbane locations

The starting hourly rate is $25 / hour which is inclusive of superannuation. Once qualified to coach by yourself (roughly 8 weeks of training), the rate will increase to $30 / hr. From there it can increase to as high as $40 / hour depending on performance and consistency. Potential to get promotion to part time for extra responsibilities such as social media, administration, coach recruitment/training, sales/marketing & more.

First Aid & CPR training with certificate would be handy.

We are seeking a long-term arrangement for this role and kindly ask that applicants on a temporary working visa or those with restriction to work refrain from applying. We are dedicated to supporting your training and development to help you thrive in this position.

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
