About You

We're looking for a sales go-getter ~ Someone who's seeking more than a traditional management role but a chance to inspire, motivate, and elevate customer experiences, helping them create unforgettable adventures. You are:

• A natural leader, skilled at coaching and inspiring your team.


• A sales-driven strategist, adept at upselling, cross-selling, and achieving KPIs.


• Quick to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions effectively.


• A collaborative team player and strong communicator, passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing work environment that motivates and inspires


• Available to work a Sunday - Thursday Roster


• Holding a LF forklift license is a strong advantage, helping you contribute to operational needs and enhance overall efficiency.

The Role

As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement. Your Mission:


• Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success.


• Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step.


• Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time.


• Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success


• Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.


• Set the standard by crafting exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression, ensuring customers return again and again.
