**About the Role**

The Depot and Dry Dock Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations at our Forrestfield site. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage yard logistics effectively while maintaining high safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Yard Operations: _**Coordinate truck movements, ensure efficient loading/unloading.

**_ Scheduling and Logistics: _**Execute collection and delivery schedules, booking yard collections, and managing time slots.

**_ Inventory Management:_** Assist in managing products arriving at and leaving the site.

**_ Team Collaboration: _**Liaise with internal staff, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. **_Documentation: _**Assist in preparing delivery dockets and verifying delivery costs.

**_ Safety and Compliance:_** Identify and report irregularities, maintain housekeeping standards, and uphold workplace safety protocols.

We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage on-the-spot decisions. You’ll enjoy working in a hands-on role, coordinating a diverse team, and maintaining a well-organised yard.

**Attributes and Experience**:

- 3 years of logistics or yard coordinating experience.
- A forklift license and a background in yard operations are highly desirable.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with logistics systems.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
