**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Lead a small team of dedicated individuals, who are providing our customers with excellent customer experiences & managing a high volume of orders and enquiries at our Forrestfield depot. You will be responsible for customer service and administration of customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have previous experience leading a small team working in a fast-paced environment. You must be cool under pressure and be able to hit the ground running

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the team of administrators
- Processing of all incoming/outgoing orders
- Manage customer enquiries
- Stock control including participating in stock takes when required.
- Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.
