Shunt Driver

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an energetic Terminal Shunt Truck Driver to join our Transport team at our depot in Forrestfield. The primary duties include assisting the day-to-day operations within the transport depot, including shunting trailer on / off dock & parking areas, some Perth Metro HC PUDs maybe required. This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday with above award rates working for WA's leading family-owned Cold Storage and Refrigerated Distribution business.

**KEY ACTIVITIES**:

- Couple/uncouple trailer combinations & moving trailers around site
- Reversing trailers onto dock
- Setting up road trains for departing Linehaul services
- Perth Metro PUD HC driving

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have full time work rights in Australia
- Hold an unrestricted HC licence
- Be skilled operator within a confined yard environment
- Skilled in reversing trailers consistently onto docks and dolly’s
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously
- Reliable and punctual
- Be adaptable to fast-paced working environment
