**Role & Responsibility**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and analytically minded Finance Business Partner to join the team that will see you shaping commercial decisions and having a meaningful impact on the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will have responsibilities including:

- Business partnering with sales in the largest business unit, preparation of pricing proposals and customer deals
- Partner with Head of Commercial, CFO and other Heads of Departments to drive commercial insights, return on investment and other value creation initiatives across the business
- Provide insightful analysis and clear commentary by working with the different Managers on key drivers and performance trends
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Ad hoc projects and process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:

- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience working in a complex or private equity backed environment
- Financial modelling experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is essential
- Strategic and commercial mindset
