We are now seeking an experienced **Personal Assistant**to assist our Chief Operating Officer. This position will be based in Audi Centre **Burwood**. This role is full time however open to school hours, 5 days.

**What the role entails**:

- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Developing productive working relationships with key internal contacts
- Provide courteous, timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries and prioritise as necessary
- Ensure any stationery and supplies are ordered as required
- Ensure any meeting rooms are set up accordingly
- Support the COO with ad-hoc administration duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant - Automotive industry preferred or corporate environment
- High attention to detail and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach to your work
