**Highwood Court**, located in heart of Burwood, our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit the needs of every individual.

**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

The positions on offer are permanent part time, 30 hours per fortnight with both AM and PM shifts available including weekends.

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
