Experienced Yard Coordinator required for immediate start in Kewdale Permanent Opportunity

**Your new company**
A multinational Manufacturing company south of the river is looking for a Yard Coordinator on a permanent basis. Your role will be assisting the Transport team with the Dispatch and Receival of goods.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible the smooth Dispatch and receival of goods in the Yard, whilst liaising with the transport team and allocating routes. Your responsibilities will also include the following:

- Schedules the freight as cost efficient and effective as possible.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Organise incoming and outgoing shipments
- Pick Packing and Labelling Orders
- Inspect incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Receiving items through Inventory system as required
- Arrange internal distribution as needed
- Advise leadership team of all possible delays
- Plan and support 6 monthly stocktake
- Check truck loads to ensure goods on board are inline with paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service and provide clients with a regular update on all delays and shortages
- Assist the warehousing team on the forklift as required
- Identify opportunities for improvement which benefits company to improve its operations

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Drivers Licence
- Previous experience within similar role highly advantageous
- LF Licence preferred
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to work cooperatively with team members
- Warehousing/Yard exposure
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to utilise computers and Warehouse Management Systems
- Accuracy and problem-solving abilities
- Can-Do Attitude
